Hi Vireak! A "Vegetarian" does not eat meat, but they might still eat eggs, milk, and cheese. A "Vegan" does not eat ANY animal products at all, including dairy, eggs, and even honey! 🥦
What does it mean when a food is "Processed"? Is it bad?
"Processed" means the food has been changed from its natural state, often to make it last longer or taste sweeter. Things like canned meats, sugary cereals, and chips are highly processed and usually not very healthy. Natural, "raw" foods are better! 🥫
