TERMS OF SERVICE

CloudStorage Inc.
Effective Date: December 27, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Participation in this Service is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
2. Billing & Subscription
Services are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Payment is due on the 1st of each month. Failure to remit payment within seven (7) days of the due date will result in immediate suspension of account access.
3. Cancellation Policy
Users may terminate this Agreement by providing a minimum of 30 days written notice via email to support@cloudstorage.com. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the current billing cycle.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CloudStorage Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.
5. Privacy & Data Use
Your privacy is important to us. We will not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may use aggregated demographic information for statistical purposes.
6. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, mechanical, electronic or communications failure or degradation.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
