Terms of Service Agreement

1. Introduction
Welcome to CloudStorage Inc. By accessing our servers, websites, or content therefrom (together, "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to enter into this agreement.
2. Payment Terms
Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). Failure to pay within 7 days of the due date will result in immediate suspension of the account.
3. Termination & Cancellation
Users may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing a minimum of 30 days written notice to support@cloudstorage.com. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the current billing cycle.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CloudStorage Inc, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including without limitation, loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
