Hi Vireak! It is not rude, but it is considered casual. If you are writing a very formal business email, you might want to use "Incidentally" or simply start a new paragraph for the new topic! mail

Great question! "By the way" is usually the most natural and perfect fit for "និយាយអញ្ចឹង". Use it when you suddenly remember something you want to add to the conversation. lightbulb

I recommend saving "In a nutshell" for the IELTS Speaking test! For the formal Writing test, it is much better to use expressions like "In conclusion" or "To summarize". edit_document
