Welcome back! In this B1 intermediate lesson, we are expanding our vocabulary to talk about our physical health and the people in our lives. Being able to discuss your fitness routine, healthy habits, and social circles in detail is a key milestone for fluency. We will also clarify an important cultural difference regarding how native speakers use the words friend and acquaintance . Vocabulary List: Workout (Health/Fitness) - A session of vigorous physical exercise or training. Recovery (Health/Fitness) - A return to a normal state of health, mind, or strength. Nutritious (Health/Fitness) - Efficient as food; nourishing and full of vitamins. Get along with (Relationships) - Have a harmonious or friendly relationship with someone. Supportive (Relationships) - Providing encouragement or emotional help. Acquaintance (Relationships) - A person one knows slightly, but who is not a close friend.
