Family & People Descriptions Welcome back! I am Teacher Sopheak. Whenever I meet new friends, they always ask about my family. Today, we are going to learn how to talk about the people we love and describe what they look like. Vocabulary List: Parents (Family) - ឪពុកម្តាយ Sibling (Family) - បងប្អូនបង្កើត Tall (Description) - ខ្ពស់ Friendly (Personality) - រួសរាយរាក់ទាក់ Common Mistake: Describing People In Khmer, we sometimes use words like "have" to describe height. In English, we must use the "Be" verb (am/is/are) for adjectives. Say "He is tall," not "He has tall."
