Welcome to B1 Intermediate Vocabulary! At this level, expressing yourself goes beyond just saying "I am happy" or "He is good." Today, we will learn how to describe exactly how people act and feel in professional environments. We will explore complex adjectives like outgoing , reliable , overwhelmed , and frustrated , and clarify the common mistake between -ED and -ING adjectives. Vocabulary List: Outgoing (Personality) - Friendly and socially confident; easily engaging with others. Reliable (Personality) - Consistently good in quality or performance; able to be trusted. Overwhelmed (Feeling) - Feeling a strong emotional effect from something, or feeling like you have too much to handle. Frustrated (Feeling) - Feeling annoyed or less confident because you cannot achieve what you want. Common Mistake: -ED vs -ING Adjectives Remember: Use -ED for how a person feels.
