Advanced Vocabulary List: Make a decision (Collocation) - To choose a course of action after thinking about the options. Deeply rooted (Collocation) - Firmly established and difficult to change. Commence (Formal Register) - To begin. Require (Formal Register) - To need for a purpose. Between jobs (Euphemism) - Unemployed. Pass away (Euphemism) - To die.
