When I think about the next five years, my biggest goal is to advance in my career and become more confident in my abilities. I hope to be working as a senior manager in the tourism sector, hopefully still based here in Siem Reap but with opportunities to travel.
To achieve this, improving my English is a crucial stepping stone. Within five years, I want to be completely fluent so I can communicate with international partners without any hesitation. I also want to focus on my personal growth by reading more books and learning how to manage a team effectively.
This year, my main focus will be taking an advanced English course and saving a small portion of my salary each month. I know it will take a lot of hard work to accomplish my dreams, but I am looking forward to the challenge.
