Great question! Stress is when you feel like you have too much pressure or too many things to do. Burnout happens when you are stressed for a very long time, and you feel completely empty, exhausted, and unable to care anymore. 🔋

In Western cultures, talking about therapy is becoming very normal! However, it is still a private topic. It is better to let them tell you first. You can just say, "I am here if you need to talk." 🤝
