Great question, Kanha! "Chilled" means the drink has been kept cold in a fridge (no ice cubes). "Iced" means physical ice cubes have been added directly into the drink! 🧊

No! Tap water is water that comes directly from the faucet (or tap). In many countries, you must ask for "Mineral water" or "Bottled water" if you want safe drinking water. 🚰
