Lesson Goal: Improve your listening and spelling accuracy by typing sentences exactly as they are spoken.
What is Dictation?
In Cambodia, whether you are taking notes in a university lecture or writing down a phone number at work, you must be able to listen and write at the same time. This skill is called Dictation.
When doing dictation, you are not just listening for the general meaning. You must listen closely for grammar, spelling, and punctuation (like commas and question marks).
Go to the next card to learn the vocabulary, then test your ear in the Listen tab! Remember to use capital letters.
