Theory Analysis
Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs.
Human Motivation
Abraham Maslow was a psychologist who created a famous theory about human behavior. He believed that humans are driven by five levels of needs, which are often shown as a pyramid.
At the bottom are the Basic Needs, like food, water, and safety. You cannot focus on higher goals if you are hungry or unsafe. Once these basics are met, people seek Psychological Needs, like friendship, love, and respect.
Finally, at the very top, is Self-Actualization. This is the desire to grow, be creative, and become the absolute best version of yourself.
