Residential Lease Agreement

1. Parties This Agreement is made between John Smith (hereinafter the "Landlord") and You (hereinafter the "Tenant").

2. Term The Term of this lease shall be for 12 months, beginning on January 1st, 2026.

3. Rent & Deposit The Tenant agrees to pay a monthly rent of $1,200. A Security Deposit of $1,200 is required before moving in.

4. Rules & Obligations

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
• No pets are allowed without prior written approval.
• The Tenant is liable for any damages caused by guests.
