Simmer Verb រម្ងាស់ /ˈsɪm.ɚ/ To cook slowly at a temperature just below boiling. Appetizer Noun ម្ហូបសម្រន់ /ˈæp.ə.taɪ.zɚ/ A small dish of food served before the main meal. Vegetarian Adj អាហារបន្លែ (បួស) /ˌvedʒ.əˈter.i.ən/ Food that does not contain any meat or fish. Tax / VAT Noun ពន្ធ /tæks/ Extra money paid to the government added to the bill. Subtotal Noun សរុបបឋម (មិនទាន់គិតពន្ធ) /ˈsʌbˌtoʊ.t̬əl/ The total cost of items before tax or discounts.
