Instructions

1. Dice the onion and fry until soft.
2. Add curry powder and stir for 1 min.
3. Pour in coconut milk and chickpeas. Bring to a boil.
4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 mins.
5. Serve with jasmine rice.
