Golden Curry

🛒 Ingredients
  • Onion (Large)1
  • Coconut Milk400 ml
  • Chickpeas2 cans
  • Curry Powder2 tbsp
  • Spinach100 g
👨‍🍳 Instructions
First, dice the onion and fry it in a large pan until soft.
Add the curry powder and stir for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the coconut milk and chickpeas. Bring to a boil.
Lower the heat and simmer for 20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Finally, add the spinach and cook for 2 more minutes. Serve with rice.
