Example Form: Airport Arrival Card
Look at this simple form. This is for a person named Dara Sok. He is from Cambodia.
⚠️ Important Tip: First Name vs. Last Name
In Khmer, you write your family name first (e.g., Sok Dara).
In English forms, you must switch this. The First Name is your given name (Dara) and the Last Name is your family name (Sok).
