1. Two Forms for Every Letter
In English, every letter has two shapes. They make the same sound, but look different.

Uppercase

Used for Names (Ana) and Starts of sentences.

Used for everything else.
2. Where to Write (The Lines)
Imagine three lines: Sky, Fence, Ground.

Uppercase (Big): Always touches the Top and Bottom lines.

Lowercase (Small): Usually stays between Middle and Bottom.
