Hi Vireak! The best associations are personal, funny, or extremely weird! If a word sounds like a Khmer word, link them together in your head with a silly picture. The crazier the image, the better you will retain it! psychology

Yes, exactly! FANBOYS (For, And, Nor, But, Or, Yet, So) is one of the most famous acronym mnemonics used to remember coordinating conjunctions in English. Good job! waving_hand

That is totally normal, Ratha! Mnemonics help you grasp the word initially, but you still need "Spaced Repetition" (reviewing the word after 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, etc.) to move it permanently into your long-term memory. Keep at it! sync
