Hi Vireak! It is better to use the full "going to" during a formal job interview to sound professional. However, if "gonna" slips out naturally while you are speaking fast, don't worry too much! work

It is all about rhythm! English is a stress-timed language. Reductions help compress the less important words so the stressed, important words can stand out more clearly. music_note

Yes, it is a very informal contraction for "am not", "is not", or "are not". However, be careful! It is considered very non-standard English, so only use it in super casual settings or when joking around! block
