Use "Highly" with recommend, successful, likely.

Deeply

យ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅ (ប្រើជាមួយអារម្មណ៍)

✅ Deeply regret

❌ Highly regret

Use "Deeply" with regret, sorry, hurt.
