Hi Sovan! "Can you tell me..." is not rude at all! It is very polite. However, "Could you tell me..." is just a little bit more formal and polite. Use "Could" for strangers, and "Can" for people you kind of know. ✨

Yes, we do! Because the main part of the sentence is still a question ("Do you know...? / Could you tell me...?"), we must end it with a question mark. "?" đ
Teacher, is "Can you tell me..." rude? Should I always use "Could"?
