Hi Sovan! No! That's a very common mistake (Trap #1!). You cannot use an object pronoun (me, him, us) right after 'suggest'. You MUST say "She suggested going" or "She suggested that I go." 🚫
What is the difference between "deny" and "refuse"?
Great question! "Deny" is used for the PAST (saying you didn't do something: He denied breaking the cup). "Refuse" is for the FUTURE (saying you WON'T do something: He refused to clean it up). ⏳
Do I always need to use "for" after "apologize"?
If you are using a verb right after it, YES! It must be "apologize FOR doing something" (e.g., I apologize for arriving late.) You can also say "apologize TO someone" (e.g., I apologize to my boss.) 🙏
Can I say "She suggested me to go"? I hear my friends say this all the time.
