To ask a Yes/No question in the Present Simple, we start with a "helper" word: Do or Does.

No, Vireak. "Like" is an action verb. When asking a question with an action verb in Present Simple, we must use "Do" or "Does". So it should be: "Do you like apples?" ✅ We only use "Are" with adjectives or nouns (e.g., "Are you happy?").
