What is the difference between "You" (Subject) and "You" (Object)?

Good question, Sovan! They are spelled exactly the same. You just have to look at their position in the sentence. If "You" comes BEFORE the verb, it's a Subject (You called me). If it comes AFTER the verb or a preposition, it's an Object (I called you). 🎯

Why do native speakers sometimes say "between you and I"?

Haha, native speakers make grammar mistakes too! "Between" is a preposition, so it MUST be followed by object pronouns. The correct grammar is always "Between you and me". Don't let them trick you! ❌ "I"

Can "it" be plural? Like, "I bought two books, I love it."?

No, "it" is only for ONE thing. If you have two books, you must use "them". -> "I bought two books. I love them." 📚📚
