Chea, a university student, and his sister Bopha, an office worker, were excited. Their aunt was visiting from Battambang, so they decided to make a reservation at a nice hotel near the Riverside in Phnom Penh. Their aunt was going to stay there for three nights.

When they arrived at the front desk, the receptionist looked worried. "I am very sorry," she said. "Due to a system error, we are overbooked tonight. The hotel is fully booked and we only have one small room left on the first floor."

Bopha was frustrated and decided to complain immediately. The manager came out and apologized. "We will upgrade your aunt to a VIP suite tomorrow morning, and we will provide free breakfast to say sorry." They agreed and went to the small room.

Unfortunately, things got worse. The street outside was extremely noisy because of evening traffic, and the room's air conditioning was out of order. It was terribly hot!

"This is unacceptable," Chea said. "I will call the reception right now. We need to change rooms."

He picked up the phone. The manager answered, "I cannot change your room tonight, sir. But I will send a mechanic immediately. Also, the housekeeper is going to bring you some cold drinks and an extra fan."

"Okay," Bopha sighed. "If the mechanic doesn't fix it in twenty minutes, we are going to leave and find another hotel!" Thankfully, the mechanic fixed the AC quickly. To relax, Chea and Bopha ordered room service and enjoyed a quiet dinner with their aunt.
