Welcome back! Navigating your city and making plans requires knowing how to talk about places, transportation, and the weather. In this interactive lesson, you will learn essential English vocabulary for getting around town. We will also cover a very common grammar mistake beginners make when talking about the weather: forgetting the "dummy subject." Vocabulary List: Market (Place) - A place where people buy and sell goods. Hospital (Place) - A place where sick or injured people are treated. Tuk-tuk (Transport) - A motorized three-wheeled taxi. Bus (Transport) - A large motor vehicle for carrying passengers. Rain (Weather) - Water falling from the sky. Hot (Weather) - Having a high temperature. Common Mistake: The Weather Subject In some languages, people use words like "Sky" as the subject (e.g., Sky rain).
