In this lesson, we will explore expanded verbs to describe actions, descriptive adjectives to paint a picture, and ordinal numbers (like first, second, and third) so you can accurately describe dates and rankings. Vocabulary List: Celebrate (Verb) - To do something special for an important event or holiday. Crowded (Adjective) - A place full of many people. Traditional (Adjective) - Being part of the customs or beliefs of a country or group. First (Ordinal Number) - Coming before all others in time, order, or rank (Number 1). Common Mistake: Dates and Rankings In English, we must use Ordinal Numbers (First, Second, Third) for dates and competition rankings, not Cardinal Numbers (One, Two, Three).
