warning Common Mistake
In Khmer, we often use the word "ដែល" (dael) to connect almost everything. In English, you must choose the correct relative pronoun based on the noun: use "who" for people, "which" for things/animals, and "where" for places.

Example: This is the bus which goes to Phnom Penh every morning.

That
Can be used instead of 'who' or 'which' for people or things, often in everyday speech.

កន្លែងដែល (ប្រើសម្រាប់ទីកន្លែង) - ប្រើដើម្បីផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានអំពីទីតាំងណាមួយ។
Example: Pub Street is the area where tourists love to eat and relax in the evening.
ឧទាហរណ៍៖ ផាប់ស្ទ្រីតគឺជាតំបន់ដែលភ្ញៀវទេសចរចូលចិត្តញ៉ាំអាហារនិងលំហែកាយនៅពេលល្ងាច។
