Hi Sokha! Boiling is an action you do with intense heat (water boils at 100 degrees). Evaporating is the natural process where liquid turns into gas, which can happen slowly even without boiling heat! 💨

Great question! Aerospace engineering (building rockets) is famous for being incredibly complex and requiring intense math. So, when something is easy, we joke and say "It is not rocket science!" 🚀
