Body Parts
Listening to physical instructions.
Lesson Goal: Learn how to listen for body parts and follow spoken commands.
Listening with Your Body
A great way to practice listening is to connect the words you hear with physical actions. This is called TPR (Total Physical Response).
When a fitness instructor or a doctor gives you directions, you need to listen for two things: the Action Verb (like put, touch, or bend) and the Body Part (like head or shoulders).
