The Thesis Statement

What is it?
The thesis is one clear sentence in your introduction that tells the reader exactly what your opinion is.

Hi Nita! That's a great question. For a standard B2 opinion essay, it is usually better to strongly support ONE side to show a clear and organized structure. Counter-arguments are more common in C1/C2 "Discuss both views" essays. Keep it focused and strong! 📝
