Professional communication must be Clear, Concise, and Tactful.

Teacher, when we are writing scripts or organizational checklists for the team, what is the best structure to use?

Hi Lisa! Excellent question. For operational toolkits or checklists, you *must* use Parallel Structure. Start every single bullet point with an imperative (base) verb. Like this: "Check the water," "Load the gear," "Confirm the route." It makes the instructions instantly readable for the whole team! 📝

Is it ever okay to use the active voice if the client made a mistake?

You *can*, but it's risky! If a client messes up, using "You didn't sign the form" sounds like an accusation. Changing it to "The form wasn't signed" (Passive) gets the same point across without making them feel defensive. It's a great customer service trick! 🛡️
