We use imperatives to give commands. We start the sentence directly with a Verb!

Great question, Sovan! We usually say "Don't smoke" when giving a command to a person. "No smoking" is a noun phrase used for signs on the wall! 🚭
Teacher, can I say "No smoke" if I want to tell someone to stop smoking?
