Excellent question, Vireak. You can still say "Thank you for the feedback" to acknowledge they spoke. Then, you can politely clarify by saying: "I see your point, **but** from my perspective..." or "Could you clarify that? My understanding was..." Stay professional, but don't be afraid to explain your side! 🛡️
