Hi Kanha! In the USA, people use them to mean the same thing. Technically, a University is larger and offers Master's degrees and PhDs, while a College is usually smaller and offers Bachelor's degrees. 🎓

Both are correct but mean different things! "At school" means you are physically inside the building right now. "In school" means you are currently a student in your life (even if you are at home right now). 🏫
