Hi Sokha! They are actually the exact same type of storm! It just depends on where they happen. If it happens in the Atlantic (near the USA), it is a Hurricane. If it happens in the Pacific (near Asia), it is a Typhoon! 🌪️

Be careful! "Rescue" means to save someone else. If YOU survived the flood, you say "I survived the flood". If someone saved you, you say "I was rescued from the flood." 🚤
