Hi Kanha! "Borrow" means to take something with permission (I borrow money FROM the bank). "Lend" means to give something temporarily (The bank lends money TO me). It is all about direction! 🏦

Is a "Checking Account" the same as a "Current Account"?

Yes! They are exactly the same thing. "Checking Account" is used in American English, and "Current Account" is used in British English. Both are for daily transactions. 💳
