They mean the exact same thing! "Check" is widely used in the United States, while "Bill" is used in the UK, Australia, and most other English-speaking places. Both are perfect! 💵

It depends on the country! In the USA, it is considered very rude not to tip (usually 15-20%). In Cambodia, a tip is not mandatory but is highly appreciated for good service! 🪙
