Handling Real World Issues

When you travel, things do not always go perfectly. Sometimes there is a problem with your reservation at a hotel or an airport.

When a problem happens, it is important to stay calm and listen for two things: The Cause (why did the problem happen?) and The Solution (how will the staff fix it?).
