Using and helps make your writing sound smoother and more natural. It stops your writing from being short and "choppy."

How to Use "and"
We use and to join two similar or related ideas. Here are the most common ways.
You can join two complete, similar sentences.
→ He is tall and he is strong.
If the subject is the same, just join the objects (nouns).
→ I like pizza and burgers.
If the subject is the same, just join the actions (verbs).
→ He runs and jumps.
