Present Perfect

បច្ចុប្បន្នកាលបរិបូណ៌ (just, already, yet)

We use the Present Perfect for actions that happened in the past but connect to the present.

យើងប្រើវាសម្រាប់សកម្មភាពដែលបានកើតឡើងក្នុងអតីតកាល ប៉ុន្តែមានឥទ្ធិពល ឬជាប់ទាក់ទងនឹងពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន។

*V3 = Past Participle (e.g., eaten, gone, finished)

S + have/has + already + V3

She has already left. នាងបានចេញទៅរួចហើយ។

I have already seen it. ខ្ញុំបានមើលវារួចហើយ។

Use ONLY in Negatives (-) and Questions (?)

S + haven't/hasn't + V3 + ... + yet

I haven't finished yet. ខ្ញុំមិនទាន់ធ្វើរួចនៅឡើយទេ។

Yes, you can! You can say "I have eaten already." But putting it in the middle ("I have already eaten.") is the most common and natural way. Great question! ⏳
