Who Owns It?

We use an apostrophe + s ('s) to show that something belongs to someone.

If a person's name already ends in s (like James), you have two choices:

1. James's car (Most common / និយមប្រើជាង)

2. James' car (Also okay / អាចប្រើបានដូចគ្នា)

It's = It is

It's a dog.
(វាគឺជាសត្វឆ្កែមួយក្បាល)

Its = Possession

Its tail is long.
(កន្ទុយរបស់វាគឺវែង - អត់មាន 's ទេ!)
