An "Object" is the thing that receives the action. Think of the sentence: "I kick the ball."
I = Subject (doing the kicking)
kick = Verb (the action)
the ball = Object (the thing getting kicked). ⚽
Why is it "She goes" and not "She gos"?
Ah, that is a spelling rule! For verbs that end in -o, -sh, -ch, -ss, -x, or -z, we add "-es" instead of just "-s". Examples: go -> goes, wash -> washes, watch -> watches. Keep practicing! 👏
