Many people are switching to reusable water bottles, and for good reason. First, they are much better for the environment. Plastic bottles create a huge amount of waste that pollutes our oceans and land. Second, using a reusable bottle saves money. Instead of buying bottled water every day, you can refill your bottle for free from a water filter. Finally, many reusable bottles are insulated, meaning they can keep your water cold (or your coffee hot) for many hours. This makes them more convenient than a simple plastic bottle.
Let's Analyze the Passage
- 1. Topic (អ្វីអំពី?): Reusable water bottles.
- 2. Main Idea (ចំណុចសំខាន់): Reusable water bottles have several major benefits.

This is why you often feel like you can't think clearly after a bad night's sleep. Doctors recommend 7-9 hours of sleep for most adults to feel refreshed and stay healthy."
