2. Grammar: Future Forms (Will vs. Going to)
In English business communication, choosing between will and going to changes your meaning. "Going to" shows a firm plan or a prediction based on what we can see right now. "Will" is for rapid decisions, promises, offers, or general predictions without evidence.

"That is perfect," Sreymom replied, wiping her hands on her apron. "I need to confirm an order for three large seafood restaurants by noon. We need to negotiate a price for fifty kilograms of blue crab."

Kimsan looked at the dark clouds gathering quickly over the ocean. "Look at those clouds! It is going to rain heavily tomorrow morning. I think the waves will be too dangerous for my small boat. I will deliver them in the late afternoon instead."
