Objective: Learn how to describe where things are using the words "in", "on", and "under".

1. In
We use in when something is inside a container or an enclosed space, like a box or a room.
The ball is in the box.
2. On
We use on when something is on a surface, like a table or a floor.
The ball is on the table.
3. Under
We use under when something is below or beneath another object.
The ball is under the table.
