We use the Present Simple to talk about things we do every day or regularly.

No! block That is a very common trap! For habits, just use the action verb directly with 'I'. Say "I go to work". Do not use 'am'.

No, for things happening right now, we use a different tense called Present Continuous ("I am eating"). Present Simple ("I eat") is only for habits and routines that happen repeatedly! sync

Ah! For 'He', 'She', or 'It', we have to add an 's' or 'es' to the verb. So it becomes "He goes to work". We will learn that rule in the next lesson! menu_book
